Because The Relief Library sells instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the digital file has been delivered.
After purchase, you will receive access to your PDF by email. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental downloads, or dissatisfaction after the file has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
Refunds may be reviewed only in limited cases, such as:
• duplicate charges
• incorrect charges
• file delivery issues that we are unable to resolve
